Basically it works so that your metabolism keeps going and going, night and day, and to supply your body with enough calories and nutrients and protein to do the Insanity workout everyday. Even when I heard alot of ...I agree, diets do suck. Even when I heard alot of the talk about this diet I was like "not another 1!" UNTIL I seen Mr. Anti diet himself Dr. Phil, the Doctors AND Dr Oz all talking about this one. It's not really a diet as much as a change in lifestyle. Don't deprive yourself of a treat cause it will make you want it more. Just don't go overboard. Knowing that you are not not allowing yourself something will majorly decrease the amount you need in the first place to snuff the craving!<br />That is my newest way of going at it and it seems to work ok.<br />But hey, if you want to be on a diet go for it!
