It will take a while but im sure in not time you will notice the difference. And the burning in the chest from running is because its still cold out , once the wheather is nicer that will go away i have that problem also. :D It seems you have already changed your eatign habits and are exercising, so change will come soon . plus all of your blog fans and waiting on your results :D pay less attention to the scale, lol they dont take in account water retention,muscle gain , etc.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
