Snot Nose & Sippy Cups

This week as been a week full of both. I have learned that "B" is not only for "baby", but also for BOOGIES!


The little man I babysit, Parker, Riley & Jack all have colds this week.
These flu bugs sure don't take long to get around. We seem to be very lucky on the flu spectrum of things. We decided this year not to get a flu shot. (after watching THIS...just kidding) and this little cold is our 1st bug so far.
The older boys are not so bad because they know what a Kleenex is (most of the time...we still see fingers up the nose more than we would like). Parker and the little man I babysit do not quite understand the "blowing your nose" concept so this week has been quite a "slimy" one for lack of better words.
Parker has also developed a new addiction to his sippy cup. He must be trying to replenish his body of all the fluids he is losing from his nose. It is kind of getting a little annoying because he needs a refill every 5 minutes. Maybe we will have to buy him a bigger cup. With this one we could just immerse him and he could drink til' his heart's content.
